NationalHigh Jakarta School is an international school employs the Singapore Ministry of Education’s curriculum and applies a hybrid of western and eastern pedagogy and philosophy in educating our children. Hence, NHJS utilizes a Singaporean Curriculum for Primary education and Cambridge Curriculum for Secondary education. Our school adopts an integrated and holistic approach to education and learning. NHJS is a school of Piaget Academy which has schools in Jakarta and Surabaya. All these schools share the same Vision and Mission. Coordination of the school is through a central office based in Singapore. The Academy’s Superintendent is responsible for facilitating information and programmes between the two schools. The Board of Governors is responsible for ensuring the education provided in each Piaget school is in keeping with the Vision and Mission of Piaget. The other Piaget School is : Singapore National Academy, Surabaya The philosophy is exemplified by the three major thrusts namely character and leadership development, 21st century skills, and academic excellence.
