The best company in their field (measuring machine company), maybe in the world. high profile customer and relationship will be build and acknowledged. just make a new and sophisticated office in Cikarang area. expecting to see very sophisticated quality control system in progress.
unclear strategy at this level of company. demoralization because of bad relation between management and employee. mocking staff at low attitude in front of other staff or with loud voice. high supervision and pressure at cost spending at the moment. unclear job description and sometimes double role job become normal in here. Don't expect solution from managers. No HR in here, everything controlled by managers directly.
