Kekeluargaan di dalam departemen! Most of the employees are youngsters so the vibe is casual, events are fun and communication is easy. The management and C level are also easy to catch up with.
It will help the employees welfare better if any work-related updates are being communicated and disseminated way in advance. It's also helpful if any escalations are being handled in a timely and urgently manner. Amendment to the existing employees career status' review will be very much appreciated.

In this company we are given choice to whether want to WFH or WFO, it is a great benefit for nowadays worker since we can get more work time-balance. Also there are clubs that we can join so we can interact with more people outside department. Since Mindo is foreign-owned company we also need to speak in english daily, without doubt if you are looking for awesome company Mindo is your choice!
Challenges working for this company is that since my job revolved around department leaders and c-executive so when their requested quite a lot, it also quite a burden for us to handle them to finish within deadline.

Mindo has amazing culture. There's internal talks and events, very fun and we can get many important insights and knowledge. There's a lot of fun clubs to join! Everyone is also super helpful and kind.
The system were complicated, so willingness to learn and grow is a must! Critical thinking is highly needed here.

You are not alone, your teammate will help you. You know how to code, know how to write good codes. They have Bedah Buku sessions every 2 weeks. don't miss it!
You must learn how the whole system works together. And do not worry about asking too many questions to your teammate, because all of them will help you.
