- A fast paced environment so you have to catch up really fast, sometimes challenging sometimes a lit bit draining, also workload a lil bit high - Sometimes there's a sudden changes so we have to adapt fast, especially if we're about to implement the new systems

Working at a startup company be really daunting with so many unknown variables, not to mention the fast pace work/deadlines. The workload is heavy, we are expected to work around the clock to make sure everything is done, so stress and burnout are possible.

Working in a biggest SaaS company in Indonesia demand us to be a fast u0026 agile, yet we still can maintain our work-life-balance. Mekari in my opinion always going extra mile for happiness of their employee.
