👍 Kelebihan:

The manager is very good, even though he is not Indonesian, he really understands his subordinates. to seek knowledge is highly recommended

👎 Kekurangan:

Leader only needs number, he will not considering about the process, and he is not anything to support our achievement

High salary and an opportunity to communicate directly with Global Team

👍 Kelebihan:

They give us the welfare which were needed from any of employees out there.

👎 Kekurangan:

You need to work until late time. The pressure working under high pace is really challenging yet tiring. We need to make sure we manage our time as valuable as it can be since the projects will haunt you all day all night.
