👍 Kelebihan:
Lippo General Insurance truly cares about its employees. The HR team and the company show great attention to staff well-being by providing free vitamins to support health. There are plenty of engaging activities organized every month, which help foster teamwork and keep the workplace lively. Employees are often treated to food and drinks, creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere. On top of that, the company arranges outings, giving everyone the chance to relax, bond, and recharge outside of work. Overall, it’s a workplace that values both professional growth and personal happiness
👎 Kekurangan:
Unfortunately, the working environment in the Customer Service division is very unhealthy. Both supervisors and employees often engage in gossip, creating a toxic atmosphere. There are instances of deliberate verbal bul*ying and planned misconduct, which makes the workplace feel unsafe. Training methods are unusual and inconsistent, lacking professionalism and clarity. Instead of motivating juniors, many seniors tend to intim*date them, which discourages growth and teamwork. Overall, the environment in this division is far from supportive and does not foster a healthy professional culture.
