Well known and trusted product among Japanese companies. Market leader in sensor, automation, measurement, laser marking, and vision systems industry. The first in Japan, buy maybe top 3 in Indonesia market. Multinational company (Japanese). Good working facility, salary, and support. As principal, doing direct selling business (B2B). High competency human resources.
👎 Kekurangan:
High workload, demanding high return which means very demanding sales target achievement. Mostly (if not everyday) working until late 8 - 10 PM for Sales Engineer. High pressure and stressful. Sales achievement are very depends on your sales activity. You better have a good English (and able to speak Japanese for the best).
