Nothing - So far so good Walaupun ada tantangan, secara keseluruhan suasananya tetap nyaman.

Lingkungan kerja jadi kurang sehat karena banyak yang saling bersaing untuk mendapatkan bonus Tim content marketing yang suportif

Teman kerja yang support banget! Kerja di masa COVID itu susah komunikasinya, tapi karena teman-teman yang selalu saling dukung buat saya mudah bekerja sama antar tim. Selalu terbuka sama ide-ide (suka kalo udah meeting brainstorming karena saling tukar pikiran).👎 Kekurangan:

Saya banyak mendapat pelajaran baru didunia retail, meliki wawasan yang luas dan saya menjadi lebih paham cara menjual produk-produk didunia retail.👎 Kekurangan:
Kesulitan yang saja jalani hanya saja target tidak sesuai dengan keadaan Mall atau Customer yang datang ke dalam Store. Roller Coaster!

Depends on your Superior, if you get a good one, he/she will help you do amazing projects to help the Company growth.👎 Kekurangan:
Not all Superior lead with Empathy, which will impacted your leadership style as well. Superior also micro-manage. Very Low Work life balance but good experiences

Mengenai kebijakan kebijakan yanh sekarang ini tidak memguntungkan karyawan few good things, lot of improvements needed by company.

low work-life balance (you can work at night almost every day), mid u0026 top-level managerial expectations are exceptionally high so they can be very demanding u0026 micro-manage you (they really need to improve this aspect), system developments are slow, promotion/career development criteria are not clear. Great place to work
