I enjoyed gaining hands-on experience in return administration, package validation, barcode scanning, and operational support. This role helped me improve my accuracy, time management, and ability to work under high-volume daily operations.
The main challenge was handling a large number of return packages every day while maintaining accuracy and ensuring that the physical package data matched the internal system. A more stable system and clearer workflow could help make the process more efficient.

During more than two years with the company, I gained valuable experience that contributed to both my professional growth and personal development. I was given the opportunity to handle various operational administrative responsibilities, including petty cash management, operational cost monitoring, transaction reconciliation, and report preparation. These responsibilities strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The work environment also fostered strong collaboration. My colleagues and supervisors were supportive and willing to help one another, allowing for smooth coordination across teams. In addition, I developed a broader understanding of operational processes and logistics distribution, as well as the importance of maintaining data accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Overall, this experience provided a strong foundation for my career development and helped me become more disciplined, responsible.
The company has a positive work culture. However, there are several areas that could be improved, such as providing clearer career development opportunities, offering more regular training programs, and implementing a more structured performance feedback system. These improvements would help employees grow professionally while also enhancing the company's overall performance.

Banyak kerjaan random, dari atasan dan pusat sering main lempar kerjaan tanpa konsiderasi penuh terhadap cabang. Banyak project yang agak non sense menurut saya pribadi. Satu department harus pegang semua hal" yang berkaitan dengan drop point, terus fungsi department lain?

- Monitoring arus proses barang/paket incoming dan outgoing dari dalam pdan luar provinsi - Manage +/-130 orang karyawan - Berkerja sama dengan pihak external perusahaan seperti : Asuransi, Puchasing, Kepolisian dll
- Memastikan proses barang incoming dan sesuai SLA (Perjanjian Tingkat Layanan) Incoming u0026 Outgoing - Memastikan keberangkatan kendaran operasional membarang Paket sesuai ETA dan ETD yang telah ditentukan
