The enviroment obviously peaceful including the people, locals. Meet new people with a different country and continent, sharing our culture and absolutely will have a new experience to me also challenge to deal with. Learning how to be humble like all the boss always teach us to be humble and help each others as a family member, more than work relation.
Mostly the issue with our guest and staff about the distance from main city and also the internet connection. But that's also the best things if we're looking for relaxing
