Rekan kerja ramah dan kerja sama tim berjalan baik. Sistem kerja sudah jelas dan mendukung pengembangan karir.
Tantangan yang dihadapi adalah beban kerja yang cukup tinggi pada periode tertentu terutama saat target penjualan meningkat. Proses koordinasi antara divisi juga masih bisa ditingkatkan agar pekerjaan lebih efisien. Selain itu, sistem penilaian kinerja bisa dibuat lebih transparan agar karyawan lebih termotivasi untuk berkembang.

Take Home Pay UMR, bukan gapok UMR. Benefit hanya BPJS, career path slow sekali jika tdk punya MDP di background kita, insentif terbilang kecil dan ada syarat, harus punya penghasilan lain diluar gaji

senioritas berlaku dan kurang ramah terhadap karyawan baru, atasan tidak memonitor pekerjaan staff jadi jobs kurang jelas. lempar sana sini. aplikasi belum up to date. proses claim ke pusat pdahal cabang butuh biaya ops. cepat. overall its oke for my experience

I was glad I quitted after 3 weeks working here. I did not feel any slightest joy during those weeks.
- Toxic environments and teammates (or seniors since all of them have been working for long before I came). There was not any sense of teammateship and I did not feel welcomed to the team. I had never felt included in their conversations. One of the teammates was the most toxic of all. When she was tasked to teach me, her intonation and her way of speaking was really cold. She seemed to be ready to snap at me if I made mistakes. When I had to finish my work in after office hours and they finished it on time, they did not bother to say "see you" before going off work even though I greeted them before going off work when I was the one coming home early. After handing my approved resignation letter to HRD (I need 1 month after my official resignation before I stopped coming to the office), I was being looked down by my teammates. I was only tasked to tidy up a lot of stacks of older invoices that were not stacked in orderly manner. My desk was not big enough to place all those paper stacks so I had to move to the cornermost desk where nobody sat there to tidy up the stacks. I did not signed up for labor work, I signed up for working with my PC, for Pete's sake. - Toxic boss. She told me that my work was slow and she compared me to that most toxic teammate. "She works fast unlike you." Of course I could not be that fast because I had just worked for a 3 weeks and I had just graduated, not seasoned worker for crying out loud. In addition, the system for inputting and creating invoices was really slow, especially during peak work hours (11 a.m - 4 p.m). - Poor working software/system facilities. The system was really slow that during the peak work hours, I might need 2 or more minutes just to create invoices which really ate away my patience.
