Comfortable place to work and has implemented government regulation for the employment with its responsibility and safety standard. They also has the operation procedure standard. Everyone has their jobdescription, thus you need to be focus on your portion and no need to go home bringing the tasks.
Since it's a family business, the staffs need to be ready for unexpected changing strategy and ideas from the owner. Even the procedure has been made, however it's not comply with their HR quality, thus some small mistakes might happen in the field.

All the staffs are professional, the environment is really good since they are so nice. No need to worry about the system management and the human resource.
The deadline, target of time from the production point of view. Perhaps should gaining deeper relationship between staffs and management. Do some training or gathering to get them know better.
