Blibli is one of the best ecommerce company in Indonesia I ever had work with. Blibli have a good environment work space and you can learn a lot in Blibli. Not only that, Blibli always think about their employees. Not many company gives a lot of benefit to their employees, especially for pregnant women (that is my friend's experience yaa..) Over all Blibli is good company.
I think they loves to set higher sales target but not too relevant with that category it self, company don't want to create the same feature in their website and back office seller (anti-mainstream) like other ecommerce did.

- teman kerja supportif (sangat membantu jika ada kesulitan dalam bekerja) - supervisor sangat supportif di awal masuk kerja (di awal masuk kerja dijelasin detail teorinya namun tidak dengan prakteknya) - standar prosedur perusahaan yang jelas
- susah untuk mencari work life balance karena hampir setiap hari lembur (pernah dalam sehari kerja hampir 24 jam) - harus siap dan standby kapanpun dipanggil oleh atasan (dalam hal ini harus mengesampingkan urusan pribadi meskipun diluar jam kantor) - dipersulit dalam pengurusan data jika melibatkan perusahaan (pengurusan data lempar sana sini) - minim apresiasi dalam bekerja (hanya terima kasih u0026 kadang tidak ada apresiasi) - tidak ada hiburan dalam bekerja (mudah burnout)

Sistem kerja yang tidak terlalu melelahkan.
Jadwal Kerja yang terlalu banyak libur karena merugikan kita dengan sistem gaji daily.

I was a trainee here but decided to move to another company and paid the penalty for not completing the program. I had really bad experience here. After I PAID the penalty, there was someone from finance at this company called me and asked me to confirmed how many days I was off work because she said that she will calculate again my last salary and decided to take it back, which for me this is so NOT PROFESIONAL. Even if I didn't attend the work, in the contract they will lay me off and no need to pay the penalty, but here I attended and paid my penalty. Then one of the HR texted me asking about the same thing, which I replied really formal, but the HR's reply were just nah.. very bad, even in the e-mail the HR writed to me using "kamu" instead of my name, even the HR ever called me at 11 pm at the night. When all of these happened after I paid the penalty, and finished my obligation according to the contract. And the worst part is, after a month resigned, I asked the HR manager to give me my paklaring letter because I haven't received it, but when the HR e-mailed me, the name on the letter WAS NOT MY NAME, he forgot to change it. Really, I don't pay the penalty just to experience this unprofessional thing.

Hal yang baik bekerja di blibli ialah anda selalu terpenuhi kebutuhan, baik itu hiburan makanan, hingga kebutuhan kerja yang memadai. Banyak sekali teman - teman yang supportive yang dapat ditemui. Memiliki lingkungan dan atmosphere yang baik untuk bekerja. Memiliki tim yang kompak dan mengukatamakan kerja sama.
Kesulitan jarang ditemukan karena teman supportive. Kesulitan hanya di sekitar hal - hal biasa seperti mempelajari teknologi baru atau logic baru. Sisanya teman satu tim saling melengkapi. Bahkan HR siap sebagai tempat menerima curahan hati di saat kita sedang tidak baik.
