Working here is frustating, because you will only witness how the director act like clown in front of employee and client. No one resign from this company with good impression of the leader, hope he can reflect and look at himself in the mirror.

Leadership is total failure. Nothing to gain in working here cause country director is a immature person, he is not ready for this position, literally the definition of dont mistake confidence as capability!
