Hal yang paling saya sukai adalah ketika saya bisa belajar hal-hal baru dan menerapkannya secara langsung. Saya merasa sangat bersemangat ketika menghadapi tantangan yang membuat saya harus keluar dari zona nyaman. Selain itu, saya juga sangat menikmati bekerja dalam tim—berbagi ide, berdiskusi.
Hal yang kurang saya sukai adalah ketika harus bekerja dalam situasi yang tidak terorganisir dan tanpa arahan yang jelas. Saya merasa lebih produktif jika ada perencanaan yang baik dan komunikasi yang terbuka dalam tim. Namun, saya juga menyadari bahwa tidak semua situasi ideal.

Analyzing and recommending something then executing new projects almost every week, presenting both challenges and opportunities. The stress may be super intense, but it surprisingly sharpens my mind, and the relief upon solving problems is immensely satisfying. In my division, this cycle repeats nearly every week, creating moments of stress and nervousness when embarking on a new project.

The recruitment process is my favorite part. It is fair, honest, and fast, and I couldn't even expect more. Another thing I appreciate about this company is that every day is a new challenge, and there is always something new to learn. I can also meet so many amazing individuals with great personality traits. I work directly under a manager from the Philippines who frequently visits us in Indonesia, and they are so fun to talk with about work or anything else. The company provides a comfy working atmosphere and a pretty excellent working setup. But the most important thing is, you can have a free-flow coffee.
Every day is a new challenge, and there is always something new to learn. It can be fairly entertaining at times, but it can also be quite stressful, especially for a newcomer like me. We must be able to prioritize our work and manage our time well. Using my prior career as an example, I was aware that it would be tough at first. It's usually messy, full of surprises, and extremely stressful in the beginning. But, as time goes by, new challenges sculpt me into a better version of myself, and I can feel myself improving my skills day by day. With this mindset, I can complete my probation in 2.5 months.
