bekerja di Decahlon memberikan banyak pengalaman untuk saya dalam mengelola bisnis berupa retail olahraga. disini saya di ajarkan untuk menjadi leader dalam menjual suatu produk Decathlon, saya yang mengatur bagaimana sistem penjualannya barang tersebut dan saya membuat data dari penjualan tersebut sehingga setiap bulan nya selalu ada improve
bekerja dengan waktu penuh hingga larut malam namun intensive yang diberikan kurang memadai.

Good company to learn things. Your leader will not supervise you, you have to be responsible with your own job. You have 1-on-1 monthly meeting with your leader to build and plan your responsibilities. You can be anything: from Supply Chain to Finance, take any projects as your side responsibilities, became a trainer, as long as you could responsible. You don't need to work in the office (you can work everywhere and wear anything!) You could discuss and build connections with all Decathlon's employee worldwide. There are a lot of people from many nationality working in this company. Of course, your English skills will improving as well. It's a really GOOD place to learn and improve your skills.
But.... don't stay here forever. I personally think I don't have work life balance here. I'm working for u003e 10 hours in a day and they don't provide overtime fee. We have a lot of tasks. In a well-established corporate, your job will be handled by 2-3 peoples. If you could finish some job, your leader will challenge you to do more and more. The remuneration package is fair, but not really good. Company don't give any quarterly or yearly bonus. Just salary. That's it. HR things are not good. They only have 1 HR Manager (without any staffs) which handle everything. They don't have labor organization, standard for the salary matrix, and even organization charts. The HR turnover rate is very high. People come and go every single day. You will find many Goodbye Email and Hello Email.

You are fully responsible for your mission. You have freedom if you are responsible = you decide how to organize your schedule, your place to work (Work from home, restaurant, lobby or stores, it's up to you. You are trained to be a great leader. Decathlon is a wonderful place to grow soft and hard skill.
The values of the company are very important. So if you don't comply you feel a little a bit outside the game. As it's a very entrepreneur mindset organization, if you are waiting for someone to tell you what to do, it's dangerous for your future in the company.

Good work culture, gives me total freedom to take my decisions and learn from my mistakes. Overall, the best place to develop your leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
Not many. It actually pushes you to a healthier lifestyle thanks to the sporty culture around you!!

Target level is more on the "very high side"

It is a fun place to work, the values that all the teammates carrying are good. Everyone in the company has all good personality that spread good vibes at work. The teammates have also ability to express anything they want to anyone. The mission is also very interesting: make sports accessible to the many.
As it is multinational company, of course it is a challenge to build good communication and trust. Sometimes we can get lost in translation so the employees should have an open mind to tackle this. Also as this is a retail company, everything moves really fast. Very dynamic!

Young teammates, enthusiasm, motivated, values. They are sport passionate, working in the sport company, so the atmosphere is sporty, and full of energy.
So far I can see people are happy with every challenge they are accepted

It's a great company with very nice values. They highlight vitality and responsibility. Of course, if you are not responsible it will be difficult for you. But I like the autonomy that I have, the monthly follow up with my leader in order to develop myself is always a very nice moment. It's a company where you can tell what you think with no fear but the expectation to change things!
I don't really see what could be improve. Every month we can share our feeling with our leader, we always have answer so in my opinion, it's a great company

The company ethics, the vision, the great freedom and responsibility given to all employees, the trust and most importantly the human touch. The management cares with the employees well being, the company was really great during the covid pandemic and did not lay off a single employee!
The Kpi's that are set are high. There is the trajectory, and there is also the ambition, it is higher than your targeted KPI's. It is really challenging, sometimes it feels demanding but at the end of the day it pushes us to perform!

Peraturan internal selalu berubah Peraturan kenaikan gaji selalu berubah dan menghambat kenaikan bahkan membatasi. Sport leader jenis pekerjaan yg jabatannya merangkap Sales, Visual merchandising, Stock, Market analysis, Product expert, Receiving, kasir dan resepsionis (Semua dikerjakan sambil berdiri) Kebersihan dan keamanan kurang diperhatikan. *gaji tertera bukan gaji bersih
