Lingkungan kerja yang menjunjung tinggi integritas dan tepat waktu. Kantor meng-encourage karyawan untuk bekerja sesuai porsi dan jamnya.
Kurang memberikan fleksibilitas bagi karyawannya, seperti WFH dan juga kenaikan gaji yang kurang mengapresiasi kinerja karyawan. Kurangnya hiburan dan sense of belonging yg diciptakan kantor untuk karyawannya.

I really like the team. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and works well together. The work-life balance is also good, which makes it easier to manage both work and personal time.
The only thing I’m not too happy about is the salary increase. I think it could be better and more fair based on the work we do.

Comfortable working place and great teamwork as well. You can get many experiences and learn new skills by handling various types of clients that can be useful for you in the future. Indeed, it's a great place to start your career.
Lack of work-life balance. The pressure from work is high. The fast pace of work. Might encounter different difficult situations since you handle various types of clients. But in a good way, those will develop your soft skills (time management, problem-solving, etc). The management needs to think about the things above as those are the key to the reason why the employee turnover is high.

This entity has necessary tools to be applied in its business. Their services also adequate enough to cover many areas and demand of current foreign investment.
Some services wasn't delivered according to Indonesia's general provision and/or government regulations. There's no proper control towards branch office e.g audit and cost control, quarter management appraisal and no channel for whistle blowing.
