I had a positive experience working at Bridgestone Tire Indonesia because the company provided a professional and well-organized working environment. I learned a lot about logistics and distribution operations, especially through involvement in Transport Management System (TMS) optimization and distribution dashboard development. The team was supportive, and the internship gave me valuable exposure to real operational processes in a large-scale manufacturing company.
The working environment was quite fast-paced, especially during daily operational activities and reporting processes. Good communication and time management were important to keep tasks running smoothly. There were also situations where adapting quickly to operational changes was necessary.
