They are a well-established company however they do want to change for the better in order to keep up with the market. It is a rare thing for a corporate that is willing to change after years of establishment. So many things to do and to develop and I am excited to see the change.
The company is so agile due to its nature as BPM because the company lives from the clients. But still manageable.

No jobs taken home, good salary, humble and professional co-workers. Also the office is at the center of the city, so it's very accessible.
High workload, almost no available career path, and no reward on good performance.

It's really challenging for a new trainee to work in a such outsourcing company. I got so much new knowledge about handling ticket and consultant.
We have to face a time difference so we have a lot of shifting hours but still it was a really great experience!

- No work-life balance, still need to work on holidays - Competitive environment - Shifting - Bonuses and salary a bit incompatible with work pressure - Too much work, you'll be treated like a robot and not appreciated

Lingkungan kerja yang friendly dan humble, bonus/insentive yang sesuai dengan hasil produktivitas masing-masing, pekerjaan yang teratur, dapat meningkatkan skill bahasa asing/Inggris karena berkesempatan untuk berkomunikasi langsung dengan client dri luar negri, pengetahuan baru di luar bidang saya.
Stagnan dalam pengembangan karir kedepannya, cenderung monoton, work overload, tidak adanya penyesuaian antara hari libur di Indonesia dengan hari libur di negara client.

work life balance yang baik, lingkungan kerja yang sangat supportive, sistem training yang baik dan cocok untuk freshgraduate. rata2 umur karyawan muda, suasana kerja serius tapi santai.
tunjangan dan fasilitas untuk karyawan sangat minim, manajemen kurang transparan (insentif dipotong tanpa alasan yang jelas, kurang adanya feedback dari performance setiap individu.) yang mau cari transferable skills dan jenjang karir kurang cocok disini.
