Lingkungan kerja yang supportive, penuh dengan tantangan terutama untuk project-project di Astra Internationalnya , sangat cocok dan menjual untuk para FG jika memiliki pengalaman bekerja di sini. Salary untuk FG menurut saya pribadi cukup kompetitif.
Tantangan untuk selalu berfikir kritis , problem solving, dan eager to learn more, perusahaan yang sangat cocok untuk memulai karir sebagai SAP Consultant

susah mendapatkan kesempata untuk pengangkatan karyawan tetap, management kurang bisa me manage SDM yang ada

The first time working at AGIT got an AI-CIS project for only up to 6 months, the work was really on deadline. It can be every day we have to work overtime until 4 am. And they easily release us too even though many are less potential but still in the project. currently in a TAM project just like an AI deadline too but tastier because the environment is better than the time in an AI project
Because it is still a contract and does not know whether it will be renewed or not. has a lot to learn. Because it can suddenly be moved to another project with a different programming language.

This place is good for you if you are a fresh graduate that looking for experience and also you will find many people will help everything that you ask. Astra International using high quality with pricey platform for their technologies. Surely, you will know how to use that platform.
The challenges working for this company when you are know your capability but you don't have an opportunity to get more responsibility. In this company, if you get placement at AI - CIST you will find that everyone is in contract position, only section head to up position is in permanent position. You will realize that you need to spent 5-7 years to get permanent position. Not only unclear carrer path but also inappropriate salary.

Metode SDLC nya sangat baik, dan teamwork yang sangat baik sekali. Manajemen mau melakukan problem solving bersama ketika ada issue di pekerjaan, Langsung turun ke lapangan. Tempat belajar pengalaman tentang IT yang sangat baik dan kepedulian antar sesama yang tinggi sebagai team.
Kesulitan menjadi Karyawan Tetap, mayoritas team yang bekerja di sini di outsource SBP (Strategic Business Partnership), tetapi tetap jadi karyawan AGIT (kontrak). Team sumber daya seringkali telat untuk mengantisipasi turnover karyawan, sehingga cukup kesulitan di level leader untuk memanage ekspektasi klien untuk kebutuhan sumber daya.
