Appreciated for technical and project operation was fully supported by the head office both Paris and Vietnam and business communication and administration was operated using by CRM tools, easy, simplified and digital system. These CRM tools are very good for storing data and filing systems and we could call green office systems.
The Top management of the company at HO sometimes does not want to understand our Indonesian policy for participating / procurement process in the tender or bidding on the projects in Indonesia, such as the vendor must provide Bank Guarantee during the tender and request for advance payment post-contract signed. These rules and client policy were familiar in Indonesia for procurement process of vendors refer to a decree issued by President RI / the Ministry of Public Works. Therefore we always lost the opportunity during the RFI and tender process for both Public and Privates.

After 6 month contract, the company only offer 1 month new contract, while the manager give you 6-12 months expended contract. The contract will be expended again if the company need you, may be 1 month again and again. This is happen to all new engineer.
Less man power, 1 drafter for 1 engineer. And some discipline only have 1 engineer for all project.
