Micromanagement-type of leadership. unexperienced key role position makes this company in a catasthropic condition. cannot leaving the office ontime, considered as not loyal to the company. even you have to bring your laptop to home. doesn't care even you are have to hospitalized. my experience I have to stop in the tollway only to send the data the General Manager ask, doesn't want me to go further to the nearest rest area.
