DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

  • Respond to customer inquiries via W/App, website, email, Facebook, and Instagram;
  • Summarize customers’ bookings from W/App and the website and notify each outlet;
  • Manage Google calendar for daily appointment bookings for all outlets;
  • Responsible for social media platform layout, content production, supervision and implementation;
  • Create marketing content and copywriting for regular posting on social media (FB, Instagram, TikTok, etc.);
  • Create and edit video clips for marketing content on social media;
  • Create posters and design birthday invitation cards using Canva software.
  • Maintain simple bookkeeping by keying in all expenses into system or excel file and keeping the receipts accordingly;
  • Generate quotations or tax invoices for customers;
  • Attend to walk-in customers in a friendly manner, promote pricing packages, manage and plan for events and team building, and assist with studio operation’s work whenever needed;
  • Other company-related administrative work
