About the role

Admin E-Commerce is responsible for managing villa sales and marketing through online platforms, including setting prices and availability, receiving reservations, responding to guest inquiries, managing OTA and social media, handling reviews, and creating sales reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage online reservations

• Manage Online Travel Agent (OTA)

• Set prices and promotions

• Manage online content

• Handle guest chat and inquiries

• Handle guest reviews and feedback

• Coordinate with villa team regarding operations

• Create sales reports

• Monitor competitors

Qualification

• Good problem-solving skills

• Fast response capability

• English language proficiency at minimum Intermediate level (Fluent in English is a plus)

• Understanding of OTA platforms such as Traveloka, Tiket.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Trip, Booking

• Able to respond to guest chat, inquiries, and reviews professionally

• Able to manage content and social media

• Able to read booking reports and occupancy data

• Experience in hospitality or villa industry is a plus

• Good grooming standards and attractive appearance
