Finance & Control - Trainee

About the role

Finance & Control Trainee at SLUSHY S*CIETY, a grab-and-go frozen cocktails bar. After a 3-month program, you have the opportunity to be promoted to a full-time Finance & Control Staff role.

Key responsibilities

• Track revenue from POS system and company account

• Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights

• Prepare and consolidate financial reports for the Profit & Loss statement

• Create purchase requisitions and ensure proper documentation for all purchases

• Forecast inventory needs for raw and packaging materials

• Manage cash for store operation

About you

• Fresh graduate or final-year student in Accounting/Business (preferred)

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

• Quick learner ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude

• Based in Bali (relocation expenses not covered)
