Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance: Maintain, update, and improve the company’s QMS manual, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Compliance & Audits: Plan, execute, and lead internal quality audits and coordinate external regulatory or third-party audits.
CAPA Management: Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze quality trends, and present reports to executive management.
Team Training: Train employees on QMS processes, compliance standards, and document control procedures.
Vendor Quality: Evaluate and audit third-party suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet company quality benchmarks.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Experience: 3+ years of direct experience managing or auditing a Quality Management System.
Standards Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 standards
Certifications: ISO Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with QMS software (e.g., MasterControl, TrackWise) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent cross-functional communication, strong end of closure skill, and sharp attention to detail.
