Risk & Quality Management System Specialist
About the role
Responsible for developing and improving business processes, company procedures, risk controls, and Quality Management System documentation to support effective and compliant operations.
Key responsibilities
Develop and update SOPs, workflows, policies, forms, and other company documents
Review business processes and recommend improvements
Implement internal controls using a risk-based approach
Support ISO 9001 and SNI 8880 certification and external audits
Prepare Quality Management System documents and management review reports
Assist departments in resolving internal and external audit findings
Maintain and control company documentation
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 31000, risk management, and Quality Management Systems
Experience in SOP development, workflow management, and business process improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Manufacturing or retail industry experience is preferred
ISO 9001 Awareness Certification is preferred
