About the role

Support digitalization and innovation projects to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business processes. Act as PIC for new model development and implementation projects, ensuring timely execution and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support digitalization and innovation projects to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business processes

• Act as PIC for new model development and implementation projects, ensuring timely execution and coordination with relevant stakeholders

• Support environmental development and sustainability initiatives, including ISO 14001 implementation and compliance activities

• Analyze quality improvement opportunities and implement digitalization solutions to enhance product quality and manufacturing performance

• Contribute to engineering development and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations

• Support the implementation and monitoring of energy-saving programs and initiatives

• Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and related administrative requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement innovative engineering solutions

• Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

About you

• Diplome or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Technology

• Experience in programming, macro development, and digitalization tools

• Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken

• Japanese language proficiency will be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
