Design, develop, and implement the company’s annual talent development initiatives, including key talent identification, succession planning, talent pool development, and career pathway programs.
Support the development and implementation of leadership development, career development, and employee learning programs.
Conduct training needs analysis and develop personalized training and development plans based on organizational and employee needs.
Organize and administer various assessment tools and development methods, including competency assessments and Assessment Centers.
Develop and maintain a talent database and conduct talent profiling and analysis to support HR and organizational decision-making.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and continuously improve training processes and strategies.
Work closely with business units and internal stakeholders to promote a learning culture and support continuous employee growth.
Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses related to talent development, training effectiveness, and talent management initiatives.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of competency frameworks and other talent management systems.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related areas.
Experience working in a large corporation or consulting environment is preferred.
Good knowledge of talent management tools and methodologies, including talent mapping, competency frameworks/models, succession planning, and talent pool development.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, coordination, project management, and data analysis skills.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to independently develop training programs and employee development plans.
Able to prepare and deliver presentations effectively.
Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK4/5) and English is required for communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Trainer or assessor certifications, such as TTT (Training for Trainers), DISC, MBTI, or other relevant certifications, would be an advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
