SEO/Marketing Specialist Team leader

About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist as a Team Leader role. You will need the following skills, SEO, SEM to join our dynamic team at PT iHub Solutions International in Bali. This full-time position will be responsible for driving the digital marketing and search engine optimisation efforts for our diverse client base. Working closely with our marketing and content teams, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' online visibility and driving qualified traffic to their websites.

What you'll be doing

1. Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals

2. have the discipline to direct a team with clear marketing strategies

3. Deliver KPI on productivity reports

4. Us AI tools like Gumloop to increase productivity

5. Work for Australian and New Zeeland customers clean clear English.

6. Conducting in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities

7. Optimising website content, structure, and metadata to improve search engine rankings

8. Developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals

9. Monitoring and analysing website performance metrics to continuously improve results

10. Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices

11. Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate SEO into wider digital campaigns

12. Providing regular reporting and insights to clients on the performance of their campaigns

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO or SEM, preferably in a digital agency or in-house marketing role

2. Demonstrated expertise in search engine optimisation, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and off-page strategies

3. Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)

4. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the ability to stay ahead of industry changes

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical SEO issues

6. Effective communication skills to present insights and recommendations to clients

7. A creative and data-driven mindset to develop innovative SEO solutions

8. Familiarity with paid search (SEM) strategies and experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
