Legal Staff

Nabel Sakha Group is a distributor of Total Energies, as well as a distributor of pneumatic and hydraulic components that are mostly used in the manufacturing industry, and a distributor for vacuum automation and handling systems.
We are currently looking for highly talented candidates to fill the position we need.

Job Responsible:

-Provide legal advice and guidance for important issues faced by the company.
-Conduct legal research and analysis on regulations related to company business.
-Collaborate with business units and government/external relations to ensure compliance with laws & applicable regulations.
-Prepare first drafts or first revisions of documents.
-Responsible for Company's Legal Identities, such as NIB, OSS, Article of Association, and any other company's legal identity documentation.
-Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
-Maintain proactive communication with all and each stakeholder in and outside the company.
-Assisting business team for current and upcoming project, and maintaining legal documents.
-Drafting and reviewing legal matters such as, memorandum of understanding, cooperation agreement, and others
-Carry out other assignments according to the needs and/or direction of the Company (if necessary).

Job Requirement:

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree (S1), majoring in Law from a reputable university
-Preferably having 2 year experience
-High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
-Having excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
-Proven experience in dealing with contract drafting and negotiating.
-Strong knowledge in legal corporate.
-Good English communication oral and written
-Have a driving license (A & C).
-Willing to join as soon as possible
