PRODUCT SPECIALIST (Medical device)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development, execution, and management of our product portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of product knowledge, consumer behaviour, and market trends, and possess a background in healthcare, bringing a unique perspective to our health-focused brands.

Responsibilities: 

1. Product Knowledge, Training, and Product Detailing

   - Gain a comprehensive understanding of medical devices.

   - Conduct in-person training and product detailing.

   - Offer support for product inquiries.

- Creating and delivering product presentations and training materials to internal staff and external partners. 

2. Sales and Marketing Support

   - Assist the sales and marketing team with product information.

   - Conduct product demonstrations.

- Develops and implements marketing plans/projects and sales support tools that include brochures and promotional datasheets.

- Supports the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing activities. 

3. Market Research and Analysis

   - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify consumer preferences and the competitive landscape.

   - Analyse market trends and competitor products.

   - Assist in developing marketing strategies. 

4. Regulatory Compliance

   - Stay updated on healthcare regulations.

   - Ensure compliance of products and materials. 

5. Documentation and Reporting

   - Compile product information for easy reference.

   - Maintain detailed records and prepare reports. 

6. Networking and Relationship Building

   - Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

   - Foster collaboration within the team. 

7. Ad-hoc Tasks

   - Handle additional tasks assigned by management.

   - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability. 

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Holding Dietitian or Nurse license is a must.

2. Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin is plus.

3. Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.

5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

7. ONE year or more of proven experience as a Product Specialist or related.

8. At least Diploma/Higher Diploma/Bachelor's degree in related field.
