Estimator ( interior )
About the role
An Estimator role in civil construction and interior/furniture services, responsible for creating bill of quantities, cost analysis, timelines, and project monitoring based on design drawings and tender documents.
Key responsibilities
Create bill of quantities (BQ) based on design drawings, tender documents, and working drawings
Conduct unit price analysis and prepare budget estimates (RAB)
Create project timelines and progress reports
Prepare reports on material requirements, labour, and equipment needs in the field
Monitor spending budget in accordance with RAB
Communicate and coordinate with site supervisors and field teams
About you
Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
Minimum 2 year experience as an Estimator in civil construction or interior contracting
Able to create 2D AutoCAD drawings
Able to read working drawings, calculate volumes, and conduct unit price analysis
Strong interest in construction/interior knowledge development
Able to work collaboratively in a team with good communication skills across all team members
Vehicle ownership (plus point)
Laptop ownership (plus point)
Willing to be assigned to work outside the city
