Qualifications & experience

• Graduate with Bachelor’s degree, Fresh Graduates/Students are welcome.

• Strong phone contact handling skills

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information about our products and services

• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges

• Maintain customer records by updating account information

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels

• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
