Job Description :
Prepare and manage quality-related summaries, forms, and documentation for 4R Outgoing activities.
Verify, handle, and follow up on customer claims (local parts, inline issues, etc.) and coordinate with customers as necessary.
Conduct initial analysis and provide recommendations regarding received part claims, while ensuring continuous improvement and corrective actions are implemented.
Manage and update records of ongoing events and activities.
Perform continuous improvement activities through analysis, development, improvement, innovation, and inspection of processes and work results.
Implement applicable Quality System Procedures to maintain process and product quality.
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports to supervisors regarding work activities and progress.

Job Description :
Prepare, inspect, and manage quality-related activities within QAV & Part Trouble Analysis processes, including supplier verification, QCPC, and other related activities.
Perform continuous improvement activities through analysis, development, improvement, innovation, and the implementation of new ideas to improve processes and work results.
Translate documents as required.
Participate in internal and external audits.
