Collection Officer (Negosiator Penagihan)
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kelancaran pembayaran konsumen
- Bertugas untuk melakukan visit konsumen yang mempunyai tunggakan
- Memberikan surat peringatan terhadap konsumen yang telat bayar
- Melakukan pengamanan dan penarikan barang jaminan konsumen yang bermasalah
- Membuat laporan progres harian
- Bernegosiasi dengan konsumen untuk memberikan janji bayar
