PROCUREMENT STAFF D3 (CODE: PROC)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement staff to join our team at PT Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia (PECGI). This full-time position is based in Bekasi, West Java, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our manufacturing processes and products.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly understand the construction process and standards.

• Analyze vendor price offers based on drawings and specifications.

• Negotiate prices with vendors based on drawings and specifications.

• Supervise information provided by users and vendors.

• Monitor projects based on drawings and specifications.

• Communicate and prepare reports related to construction work.

What we're looking for

• Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

• From Reputable University, with min GPA 3.10

• Minimum 2 years' experience of Procurement

• Able to read 2D drawings/Autocad/Reefit

• Good understanding of MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) and AHSP

• Understanding of building specifications and able to take measurements using measuring tools used in construction

• Excellent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Self-Improvement, teamwork, Logical Thinking, and able to cooperate effectively

• Willing to be placed and permanent lived in Cibitung, Bekasi, Jawa Barat
