Finance Accounting Admin
About the role
Reporting to the Finance & Accounting Head, this full-time Finance Accounting Admin position at PT Multi Guna Equipment offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company. Based in East Jakarta, you will play a role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate financial reporting and tax reporting (if needed).
What you'll be doing
Process and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
Prepare monthly financial statements, budget reports, and other financial analyses as required
Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and liaise with external auditors
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
What we're looking for
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis
Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
