Accountabilities
Owns overall store performance, driving profitability through effective resource allocation and operational management.
Monitors and analyzes store KPIs, sales trends, customer behavior, and performance data to make sound commercial decisions.
Ensures excellent customer service, monitors customer satisfaction, and continuously improves the customer experience.
Promotes Brand equity by maintaining strong product knowledge, visual merchandising, and an appealing store environment.
Ensures compliance with store policies, procedures, inventory management, replenishment, and loss prevention standards.
Identifies opportunities to improve store systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
Supports recruitment, onboarding, training, and development while ensuring adherence to HR policies.
Builds a high-performance team by setting clear expectations, coaching, providing feedback, and managing performance.
