Logistic Staff

Job Description

• Prepare and arrange delivery plans for shipments to customers and branches based on delivery targets and requirements.

• Analyze estimated delivery data to ensure accurate scheduling and effective distribution processes.

• Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding delivery status and estimated arrival times.

• Monitor and synchronize goods arrival data with the targeted delivery schedule.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse team regarding goods readiness and preparation targets.

• Coordinate with the Marketing, Product Support, and Service Departments regarding logistics requirements and shipment information.

• Monitor signed Delivery Orders (DO) and ensure that the completed documents are properly submitted to the Finance Team.

• Monitor and follow up on the delivery process to ensure goods are delivered according to the scheduled timeline.

• Prepare, update, and maintain data and reports related to delivery and distribution activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Maximum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain.

• Basic understanding of Supply Chain processes, particularly the flow of goods from inbound to outbound.

• Good communication and coordination skills, both internally and externally.

• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Strong monitoring and follow-up skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Able to manage priorities and work effectively under targets and deadlines.
