Get to Know the Team

The Grab for Business (GFB) team partners with businesses to provide reliable and convenient solutions for their employees and operations. Within the GFB team, the Key Account team manages strategic accounts and supports HVR and special projects by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful campaigns, activations, and service experiences.

Get to Know the Role

As an intern, you will support the Key Account team in coordinating HVR and special projects from planning through post-activation reporting. You will manage stakeholder communication, organize documentation, track operational readiness, and assist with custom payment submissions.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

1. Share timely updates with stakeholders and maintain accurate, well-organized program documentation.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and partners to support HVR and special project activations.
3. Track project progress, monitor operational readiness, and escalate potential issues proactively.
4. Prepare post-activation reports covering outcomes, key learnings, and recommendations.
5. Support custom payment submissions by preparing documents, verifying details, and following up until completion.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage documentation, data checks, and payment submission requirements accurately.
• Able to track project progress, identify issues early, and follow up until resolution.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience in campaign coordination, reporting, or project support is a plus.
