We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert qualified leads into client meetings.

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their hiring and project requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.

• Generate qualified business opportunities through inbound leads, referrals, networking, events, and outbound prospecting.

• Follow up consistently via phone, email, and messaging platforms to drive opportunities toward closure.

• Gather and qualify hiring requirements from key decision-makers, including CTOs, IT Managers, and Procurement teams.

• Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline, and client information in the CRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in IT staffing, outsourcing, recruitment, or consulting services is an advantage.

• Proven experience managing client meetings and closing business opportunities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

• Flexible to accommodate client schedules when business needs require.

• Maintain a professional image and attitude when representing the company.

• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written.
