Receptionist and Administration Officer

About the role

Mursmedic Group Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist cum Secretary to BoD to join our team in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting the Board of Directors and ensuring seamless front-office operations.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and stakeholders with professionalism and courtesy

• Managing the reception desk, telephone systems, and initial client inquiries

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for Board of Directors members

• Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation for board meetings

• Maintaining confidential files and records related to Board of Directors matters

• Coordinating travel arrangements and supporting board-level meetings, events, and functions.

• Supporting General Affairs activities, including driver schedules, ATK and pantry supplies, reception area upkeep, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Secretary, Management, Communication, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.

• Highly adaptable, with the ability to understand and follow the priorities and directions of the Board of Directors.

• Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom Meeting, Microsoft Teams, and familiarity with administrative or office management systems.

• Professional, well-organised, and able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and supporting senior management in a fast-paced environment.
