Junior Technical Sales

Job Decription :

·       Submit weekly / monthly sales activity and pipelines reports.

·       Report against target achievement, win / loss analysis, and market intelligence (competitor pricing, new opportunities).

·       Identify and map potential clients needing petroleum product / chemical analysis services (E&P companies, refineries, geothermal operators, power plants).

·       Manage vendor registration processes with client companies.

·       Track tender submission, follow up, and for negotiation stages coordinate with managers.

·       Maintain relationship with existing clients to secure repeat business and contract renewals.

·       Monitor client satisfaction and resolve commercial issues / complaints.

·       Coordinate project execution between: Customer, Laboratory, QA/QC, Operations, Finance, Logistic, Sub-contract Laboratories.

·       Ensure samples are received properly, testing schedules are maintained, result are delivered on time, customer expectation are meet.

Requirements :

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, or related technical field (helps with credibility discussing analysis services.

• Minimum 1 - 2 years sales or business development experience, ideally in Laboratory Services, Oilfield Chemicals, or industrial B2B sales.

• Understanding of petroleum product testing and / or chemical analysis is a strong plus.

• Familiar with tender / vendor registration processes for Oil & Gas / Mining clients.
