3. System & Data Skills. Proficient in ERP systems and Excel to manage data, generate reports, and ensure accurate planning and tracking.
4. Manufacturing Knowledge. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and basic quality, GMP, and food safety requirements.
5. Communication & Coordination. Effective coordination with production, warehouse, procurement, and other stakeholders to align plans and resolve issues.
