Engineering Document Control & Engineering Administration

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines

2. Experience in Engineering Document Control/Technical Documentation/QMS Administration

3. Experience in handling engineering drawing, Bill Of Material, Specification, ECO/ECR, Technical reports and controlled documents

4. Familiar with ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent

5. Experience in electronics or manufacturing industry, experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or document management system

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention on detail and accuracy, strong ownership, accountability, and organizational skills

7. Familiarity with customer documentation requirements and revision control processes

8. Able to communicate effectively in English

Reponsibilities:

Responsible for managing engineering document control processes, including document and drawing release, revision management, BOM and Oracle data maintenance, engineering change administration, technical documentation control, system troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient engineering data management.
