Handle employee onboarding & offboarding, prepare PKWT/PKWTT employment contracts, maintain personnel files in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
Manage BPJS Kesehatan / BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration, monthly reporting and payment follow-up.
Calculate payroll, attendance records and THR (Holiday Allowance) for disbursement.
Conduct employee communication, induction training, labor risk assessment and resolve basic labor relations matters.
Maintain HR ledgers & employee data, submit manpower reports to China headquarters.
Record daily income & expense vouchers, verify reimbursements, reconcile supplier accounts and bank statements.
Manage invoices & tax documents, coordinate with tax consultants for monthly/quarterly tax filing.
Maintain cash ledgers, prepare internal & external financial statements and liaise with finance team in China headquarters.
Safeguard financial documents and contracts to ensure audit-ready records.
Complete other ad-hoc HR & finance tasks assigned by supervisor.
Diploma or above, major in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources preferred.
Mandatory: Fluent in Chinese & Indonesian (spoken/written); able to prepare bilingual reports and translate contracts independently.
1–3 years combined HR & finance working experience in Indonesia; familiar with BPJS, THR and basic Indonesian tax (Pajak).
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table); experience with Accurate/Odoo/ERP systems is a plus.
Meticulous, strong sense of principle, familiar with reporting standards for Chinese-invested companies to HQ in China.
Based in Jakarta, immediate availability preferred.
Salary: IDR 9,000,000 – 12,000,000 / month (negotiable based on experience)
