Job Description
Provide technical support and respond to user requests related to computer systems, software, printers, email, and network connectivity.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
Assist employees with system usage, application access, file-sharing permissions, and basic IT training as required.
Record, track, and resolve IT issues using a helpdesk ticketing system.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support user account creation, password resets, and access management across IT systems.
Perform regular maintenance and maintain accurate inventories of IT hardware, devices, and software.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or supervisors when required.
Maintain and update IT procedures, technical documentation, and support records.
Support the implementation of IT security policies, including identifying suspicious emails and reporting phishing attempts.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Good knowledge and understanding of information technology and related systems.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hardworking, proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Pleasant and well-mannered attitude.
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing excellent support.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
