Responsibility:
Carry out machine preparation, starting with routine initial production checks and cleaning machines according to work instructions.
Operate and consistently perform CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication) on Case Palletizers, Auto Labeling Machines, and Auto Wrapping Machines, and maintain their smooth operation according to existing work instructions.
Operate and consistently perform CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication) on Buffer Tables, Straw Applicators, Shrinkers, Cap Applicators, Case Packers, Coding Machines, and Check Weighers, and maintain their smooth operation according to existing work instructions.
Conduct routine machine inspections according to the specified schedule. Report any machine anomalies to the Supervisor for joint resolution.
Responsible for implementing employee, equipment, and environmental hygiene in accordance with GMP and QCP standards to achieve quality products.
Responsible for and actively participate in work discipline and participate in the implementation of the company's programs: 5S, OWOW, SHE — including understanding and implementing the SHRA and ERA systems applicable in the work area, MSA, and referring to the SHE training matrix.
Qualification:
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), preferably in Engineering or Food Technology or related education.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Palletizer or Downstream (Packing) in the Dairy, Beverage, Food Manufacturing industry or related liquid and relevant industry.
Knowledge of Food Safety standards including FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and related quality systems.
Knowledge of SCADA systems is an advantage.
Experience in Carton Pack aseptic filling systems is preferred (especially RTD Packaging).
Experience in UHT Processing is an advantage (Ready-to-Drink Process).
