TENANT RELATION OFFICER

About the role

As a Tenant Relations Officer at The Pakubuwono Residence, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our valued tenants. Based in our Jakarta office, this full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of our property portfolio.

What you'll be doing

1. Receiving input information or complaints from tenants

2. Perform problem-solving and complaints.

3. Make daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to tenants and the number of visitors

What we're looking for

1. Graduated with a Diploma (D3) or higher in Hotel & Tourism from reputable schools.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry

3. Fluent in English, both oral and written, having active English is a plus.

4. Computer Literate

5. Good personal and interpersonal skills

6. Highly self-motivated and highly customer service-oriented

7. Willing to work on shift
